We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

DHL Express On-Demand Delivery (ODD) gives you maximum flexibility and greater control over delivery process.

DHL Express On-Demand Delivery makes it easy for you to track your shipment status via notifications sent by e-mail or SMS providing you with the updates on expected delivery date/time. Should it fail to fit into your schedule, On-Demand Delivery lets you manage your shipments and decide how, where and when it is most convenient for you to have your order delivered.

GREY MOOSE express shipping option provided by DHL Express implies access to On-Demand Delivery which means you can manage your shipment once you get shipment confirmation e-mail and choose one of the many available options:

• Schedule Your Delivery allows you to select a new delivery date and/or time window.
• Alternate Address helps you to request delivery to a different address, work or family.
• Signature Release authorizes DHL to leave the shipment without a signature in a specific place on a specific date at your address.
• Leave with Neighbor allows you to nominate a neighbor, receptionist or guard to receive the shipment on your behalf.
• Collect from Service Point requests collection at a DHL Service Point.
• Vacation Hold requests a new delivery date up to 30 calendar days following the originally scheduled date with DHL Express safekeeping your package.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
